these are consumed, you can order a package of 25 more replacement
cards at a cost of $5.00, plus $2.00
shipping and handling.
To order replacement cards, complete the off-line order form. A free package of replacement cards is also available for a limited time period for those customers who submit their scoring results for six rounds of golf. |
